Rides to and from Shirley Ryan in Burr Ridge

Hey there - I am being discharged from inpatient physical therapy on December 24th and returning home. My Doctors have ordered outpatient physical therapy to continue at the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab in Burr Ridge: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 8:30am-11:30am beginning January 6th.
